Theraputic coaching
Drawing on my qualifications in coaching psychology and positive psychology, I employ a ‘strengths’ model, harnessing your existing skills to help resolve issues in ways that are congruent with the way you comfortably operate. This focus can increase your self-awareness which, in turn, can help to open up your thinking and provide space for greater flexibility in how you operate in relationships, both with yourself and with others. Together we will think about how to harness your particular aptitudes to help you reach your goals.
Coaching can help you find clarity about what you want to do with your life and help you formulate your next steps. At work it can increase your productivity, engagement, and creativity.
The work is serious: we may be exploring your anxieties, uncertainties or difficulties in relationships, or challenging the way you’ve always done things. But it is also often surprising, interesting and fun.
